For use as a satiety powder, do the following 3x daily about 30 minutes before each meal: mix 1g of Shileo Roooaaar Konjak with about 200ml of water, stir well and drink. We recommend drinking another glass of water afterwards. Alternatively, you can puree the konjac flour in smoothies (approx. 1g per 100ml of water), use it as a flour substitute in a ratio of 1/10, or use it to thicken fruits or desserts. The product arrived quickly, the quality is amazing (not the slimy wet konjac substitutes that smell fishy). Cooking time is around 12-15 min, so the rice is perfect for making risotto or paella. The pasta is also amazing with some good carbonara, pesto or bolognese! They are perfect for a keto or low-carb lifestyle!
