Nutty, chocolatey keto pralines with an extra serving of konjac.

Ingredients

To coat the pralines:
  • 100g sugar-free white chocolate
  • as needed: chopped hazelnuts

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend into a dough.

Form 18 small balls from the mixture and place them in the freezer for 1 hour.

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.

Dip the pralines one by one into the chocolate and place them on a baking sheet.

If desired, garnish the pralines with chopped hazelnuts. The pralines can be stored for several weeks in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
