Ingredients

  • 140g konjac rice
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 100g smoked salmon slices
  • Black cumin

Instructions

1.
Simmer konjac rice in salted water on the lowest heat with the lid closed for 30 minutes until translucent, stirring occasionally.
2.
Pit, peel, and slice the avocados.
3.
Deseed the bell pepper and cut into thin strips.
4.
Place the konjac rice into a bowl and arrange with avocado and bell pepper.
5.
Lightly roll the smoked salmon slices and add them to the sushi bowl.
6.
Sprinkle some black cumin as a topping and enjoy.
