  • 85g instant oats
  • 2g Roooaaaar Konjak
  • 5g cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 30g almond protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 150g low-fat quark
  • 50ml almond drink
  • 30g Gouda cheese for sprinkling

Grind the oats into a fine powder using a blender.

Add the remaining ingredients and knead into a dough.

Using a tablespoon, place six small mounds onto a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the buns at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until golden brown.
