  • 140g konjac rice
  • 1 liter almond drink
  • 30g erythritol
  • 1-2 drops vanilla essence
  • 200g strawberries
  • 20g coconut chips
  • 10g sugar-free white chocolate

Place the konjac rice in a blender and grind to the desired granularity.

Cook the konjac semolina with almond drink on a low heat and season with erythritol. Stir occasionally.

Once the semolina pudding has reached the desired consistency, remove from the heat and let cool.

In the meantime, put 150g of strawberries in a blender and puree.

Serve and enjoy the semolina pudding with strawberry puree, fresh strawberries, coconut chips, and sugar-free chocolate chunks.
