Fill a large pot three-quarters with water. Then cut the vegetables into small pieces, add them to the pot, and season with a good amount of salt.

Bring it quickly to a boil on high heat and then let it simmer on low heat for a further hour and a half.
3.
Add the konjac noodles shortly before serving to the soup and stir until they have soaked up the liquid. Enjoy your meal!
