  • 65g almond flour
  • 10g Roooaaar Konjak
  • 320ml almond milk
  • 15g coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3g baking powder
  • 50g erythritol
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Possible Toppings:
  • High-protein pudding, natural yogurt, fresh fruit, cocoa nibs, coconut chips,...

Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Mix well with a hand mixer.

Pour into a waffle silicone mold and bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until golden brown.
